Bob has over 25 years of experience managing manufacturing corporations, and has had multiple successes in creating world-class organizations. After serving in the military, Bob progressed through a multi-disciplined career encompassing Manufacturing, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance and Senior Leadership.

Bob's approach focuses on the financial, organizational and operational processes of business, with emphasis on education and commitment from all levels of the organization to ensure improved, sustainable results. He has implemented Continuous Improvement programs, Leadership Development and International Procurement programs within multiple divisions of companies with sales of over $325 million dollars annually. Bob's diverse senior management positions have allowed him to experience all aspects of business and provides him with a level of knowledge that is invaluable in today's economic environment.

Bob received his Bachelors of Science in Business from Chapman University in Orange, California and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Bob lives in Fort Myers, Florida with his wife Linda and enjoys golf, reading and travel.
