Gizelle F. Perretti is a native Floridian and grew up in the Redland Farming Area near Homestead, Florida. She received her B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Economics from Florida State University. She also served as a tax research economist for the Florida Department of Revenue. She earned her Ph.D. in Finance from Florida International University in 2011. Dr. Perretti currently teaches Business Finance and Financial Management. She has also taught International Financial Management and Securities Analysis. Her research interests include dividend policy, international finance, and derivatives.
