HEIDI FRANZ-HOYT, Accreditation Technology Projects Coordinator, Dean's Office, is completing her M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY (2011) and received her B.A. in Communications from FGCU (2003). She has worked in the television, newspaper and marketing fields, most recently as the webmaster for Ave Maria University. Heidi also teaches communications classes for the College of Arts and Sciences here at FGCU.
