Yabing Jiang is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the Lutgert College of Business, Florida Gulf Coast University. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester. Her research interests focus on applying economic theories and methodologies to study IT related topics such as new business models and pricing strategies in electronic commerce, e-Book pricing, online word-of-mouth, incentive contracting in service facilities, outsourcing contract design, and the role of IT in corporate governance. Her research appears in Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Revenue & Pricing Management, Information Resources Management Journal, and Information Systems Management.
