James Knupp retired from the investment consulting profession in 1999, after co-founding the firm of Ennis, Knupp & Associates in 1981 and serving as its president at the time of retirement. Ennis, Knupp was a privately held investment-consulting firm advising institutional investors with assets of over $1 trillion. Mr. Knupp served on the board of directors until the sale of the firm to Aon Hewitt in 2010.
He is a member of the Conservancy and Moorings Park Investment Committees, an active member of the Naples Council on World Affairs, the Greater Naples Leadership Program, is a member of the United Way Campaign of the Mediterra community, is a docent at the Collier Automotive Museum, and is a sponsor of the Mediterra Men’s Fellowship program.
Mr. Knupp and his wife reside in Naples. They have three children.
