A gift from philanthropists Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden has underwritten the construction of a 45,000 square-foot facility on campus. The building opened in August, 2008, and this state-of-the-art complex features the following amenities for the Professional Golf Management Program:

• A Model Golf Shop run by PGM students
• Indoor Hitting Bays and the Sam Putting lab used by Tiger Woods
• Hi Definition Golf Simulator with Video analysis module
• J.C. Video three camera video analysis bay with J.C. Video software analysis module
• Bentley Kinetics K-Vest Biofeedback system for full-swing
• State-of-the-art Club Repair Lab
• Conference Room
• Short Game Area w/ putting and chipping greens (outside)
