Business Operations
The department of Business Operations at Florida Gulf Coast University oversees the Eagle ID Card Office, the FGCU Bookstore, Eagle Dining Services, Duplicating Services, University Licensing, and Vending Services on campus.

Campus Reservations
Campus Reservations manages the Cohen Center and is the primary source for room reservation and event planning at FGCU. This department reserves classrooms, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and various other areas on campus.  In addition, Campus Reservations assists students, faculty/staff, and outside organizations with event planning and coordination efforts to ensure the success of every event.  The Information Booth, conveniently located on the first floor at the front entrance of the building, contains a friendly staff that assist visitors, faculty/staff members, and students with a wide-range of questions.  Staff members are readily available to answer questions regarding: the building and its' history, the various events taking place on campus, and general University information.  University maps and directions to the different areas of campus are provided at the Information Booth, which also serves as the building's lost and found location.

Career Development Services
The Career Development Services office provides students and alumni with major and career guidance as well as assistance with: internships, resumes, cover letters, interview skills, marketability, and access to the employers and recruiters.  Numerous events are held throughout the year to promote student learning and development and helping students/alumni fulfill their career expectations.

Greek Life

Student Affairs
The offices of the Division of Student Affairs are responsible for providing services and opportunites for FGCU students that will enhance their college experiences and support their efforts to engage the faculty during their academic studies.  The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs is housed on the first floor, while the Dean of Students and the Judicial Affairs Office can be found on the second floor.

Student Government
The Student Government Association is an organization of students that work together to represent and empower the student voice. This form of Student Government Association models the national government in that there are three branches: the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial. In addition to being the governing body on campus, the Student Government Association (SGA) represents the students’ interests in local, state, and national government. SGA also sponsors activities, events, and programs that serve to enhance student life at FGCU.

Student Involvement
The Office of Student Involvement provides leadership development and experiences so students who choose to become involved in the co-curricular program can transfer their learned skills to their professional and community involvement after graduation. In order to accomplish this, the Office of Student Involvement continues to plan, implement, evaluate and support programs designed to meet the needs of students.
