Passwords

Changing my Password

*Attention new faculty and staff, you will need to contact your authorized requestor for your department to obtain your unique initial password to gain access to your FGCU account. To find out who your authroized requestor is please see "Authroized Requestors" page.

In an effort to help protect the confidentiality of student information, Computing Services now requires all users to change their network password to comply with new password security guidelines.

How do I change my password?

You may change your password from any location, on or off campus, as long as you have a network  connection.

IMPORTANT! - You will need to change your password on all mobile devices and computers that have your password saved. This includes Trio handheld phones, PDA's, Blackberry devices, VPN connections, Dial-up Connections, etc. If your password is saved and you do not change it, it could potentially lock you out from your account. If you need additional help, call the Helpdesk, (239) 590-1188.
