Microsoft Office 2010 Training for PC: FGCU’s Computing Services is offering Microsoft Office 2010 Training Classes for PC. These classes are one and a half hour sessions and held in the Computer Lab in Campus Support Complex. We will be announcing more as the year goes on so check back from time to time!

Microsoft Word 2010

    • Learn how to customize the default template to set up new documents the same way every time. Shortcuts, tips, and tricks to make your day to day work easier!

    • Are you collaborating on a single document with your team? Use track changes to review, accept or reject changes.
  • Get in the know, Personalize Your Table of Contents
    • The Table of Contents is the first thing that the reader sees; make it stand out, interesting and informative. Word makes it easy by creating a table of contents automatically or to have full control and creative freedom create it manually.

    • Tired of getting the messages that your mailbox has reached its limit? Learn how to archive your messages, view the size of your messages, and clean up your mailbox.
  • Looking Into Outlook, Customized For You
    • This session helps you set up Outlook to work the way you work. Learn about shortcuts to make your job easier and ways to customize outlook to function for you.
  • I Spy, Viewing Others Calendars and Mailbox
    • This is a ‘must have’ class when you need to make plans and coordinate many different schedules. Learn about delegates, scheduling meetings, adding mailboxes, and response etiquette.
  • 7 Ways to Sort, Store and Search
    • By organizing your tasks, categorizing your emails, and getting into the habit of utilizing some features of Outlook, you will stay better organized and keep you ahead of your busy schedule.
