Do you like helping people? Do you desire service in a professional setting? 99.5% of seniors business is done by telephone, and volunteers are needed to answer a multi line phone and transfer the calls to caring staff members or refer the callers to outside agencies for service. Senior Solutions' office is located in historic downtown Fort Myers, and telephone help is needed Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. Although students do not need to commit to five days a week, they are needed on a regular, set schedule.
