| Job Description: |
Museum/Science Center & Environment: Opportunity for volunteer docents to help in the Great Hall of Shells (main exhibition hall) as combination guide/info people/guards. Most shifts are once a week or once every two weeks from 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm. Environment: Opportunity for science and/or education majors to lead tours of adults or school children, or give slide shows/lectures. Volunteer may help as little or as ofter as their schedule allows as museum gives several tours each week. Animals/Malacology & Taxonomy: Experts needed to catalogue mollusk database in the museum collection department. |
