Hispanic Services of Catholic Charities provides social and educational servcies to low income, primarily Hispanic, families and individuals of Lee County. We have been in existence since 1986. Programs and services are aimed at empowering our clients with the support of the community and the collaboration of the volunteers. |
| Job Description: |
Hispanic Services of Catholic Charities in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs are as follows:
Direct Assistance/Social Services
Emergency food, case management, job development, housing assistance, after school tutoring and summer youth camp program, family support educational groups to prevent and increase awareness of child abuse/neglect and domestic violence in Spanish, English as second language, citizenship classes and substance abuse prevention/intervention and pre-natal educational groups in Spanish and tax preparation during season.
The Haitian Center services as follows:
Direct Assistance/Social Services
Emergency food, case management, job development, housing assistance, after school tutoring and summer youth camp program, family support educational groups to prevent and increase awareness of child abuse/neglect and domestic violence in Creole, English as second language, citizenship classes, pre-natal educational groups in Creole.
Family Based Immigration Services in Spanish and Creole and refugee resettlement programs.
