The Kleist Health Education Center, located on the Florida Gulf Coast University campus is an educational not-for-profit organization devoted to healthy lifestyles. The program teaches visitors, primarily school children, to respect and care for themselves by making positive health choices. Interactive displays, life-like models and multimedia presentations are all part of our lifesaving curriculum. The Kleist Health Education Center is the only facility of its kind in the state of Florida. |
| Job Description: |
Greet buses, teachers and students that come to the Center. Assist educators in setting up rooms for various programs. Help and assist educators with classroom activities. An opportunity also exists to observe, team teach, and substitute teach any of the Center's elementary school health programs. |
