The CREW Land and Water Trust is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the water resources and natural communities in and around the Corkscrew Regional Ecosystem Watershed (CREW) in Southwest Florida. The Trust provides free hiking trails on these preserved lands as well as guided hikes for the public and field trips for local school students.

Job Description:

The CREW Land and Water Trust is looking for enthusiastic students who are willing to assist with and potentially lead field trips for the public and for school groups at the CREW Marsh Hiking Trails (off Corkscrew Road). We also need assistance taking our display to various weekend events, as well as updating the webpage, writing articles for the CREW newsletter, marketing and fundraising events, and trail maintenance on occasion.

Additional Information:

We always need at least one intern for both fall and spring semesters (willing and able to work 150 hours). In addition, we need volunteers for one-time events like our concert, wildflower festival, and golf tournament and volunteers who can offer several hours at a time for trail clean-ups, office tasks, and prepping for special events.
