| Job Description: |
Volunteers provide a variety of services such as patient care, transportation, retail assistance, office assistance, and special projects. Patient Care Volunteers for Hope Hospice and Hope Life Care will sit/visit with patients, drive to doctor appointments, assist in running errands, and help at Hospice Houses and Nursing Homes. Patient care requires an eighteen hour training class. Hope Chest Volunteers will assist in receiving, sorting, displaying, and selling donated items at our resale shop in North Fort Myers. Hope Chest and office assistance requires a three hour orientation/training. |
