Many of the classes need one-on-one attention not only in academic areas, but also in goal setting, higher expectations for themselves, and inspiration toward higher education. Want volunteers to pair with students and have them eat lunch with them, work on academic skills, and get to know the students. Working together, we can inspire these children towards wanting to achieve. Goal: to inspire elementary students towards higher education, higher expectations for themselves, and goal setting.

Seeking inspiring college students who are willing to mentor elementary school aged students. Must come at least once biweekly, preferably once a week, to meet with student; must be comfortable working with student on academic skills, must be enthusiastic about education.
