Big Brothers/Big Sisters is a nationally recognized child mentoring agency that has been around for 100 years and has been in Southwest Florida for 27 years. Our mission is to place caring, positive, committed adult role models into the lives of children in need. |
| Job Description: |
Based on the mentor's availability and the needs of the child, the mentor has a coice of mentoring for a minimum of 10 hours per month or four hours per month. The community based or core program is 10 hours per month. The site based or school site program is four hours per month. All mentors go through a mentor training class specific to a particular program and is given the support of the staff at Big Brothers/Big Sisters. |
