The Junior League of Fort Myers reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origin who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.
Since our founding in 1966, the Junior League of Fort Myers has contributed more than 1,000,000 hours and over $1,000,000 to community projects and programs.
Our goals are to educate and train our members to:
- Provide effective volunteer service
- Research changing community needs
- Initiate or expand services to meet those needs
All supported projects receive administrative guidance, financial support, and volunteer service. We provide volunteer service while advancing the Junior League’s mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community.
