We have 13 other agencies providing services out of our facility, such as; job search, literacy, SWFAS, Lee County Human Services, Goodwill, Dr. Piper Center, Guardian ad Litem, Lutheran Services, and Children's Home Society. Special Events & Marketing:
If sitting in an office doesn't suit you, we welcome your help as a Special Events Volunteer or showcase your marketing skills as a Marketing Volunteer by helping design flyers and publicize events. We host a number of great events each year such as a golf scramble, back to school drive, diaper collection bank, school clothes distribution, holiday basket preparation, and celebrity waiter & waitress event.
Social Media:
Are you a Facebook or Twitter genius? Help us expand our web presence and serve as a Social Media Volunteer. We welcome your talent and would love to give you an opportunity to showcase your skills!
Social Services:
We welcome your assistance in the office by answering phones, greeting clients, making copies, or in our food pantry by shelving food, packing food, distributing food, and marking food. As a General Volunteer you will gain useful insight on business, nonprofits and social services while helping the local community! |
