SIYA is a nonprofit organization in Fort Myers, Florida dedicated to assisting at-risk young adults, especially those aging out of foster care, by providing individualized support, guidance, life skills and mentoring. Our goal is to provide a caring community emphasizing community, empowerment, accountability, integrity, respect and tenacity.

Our ultimate mission is to be a transitional housing community serving Lee, Collier, Hendry and Charlotte counties by meeting the needs of at-risk young adults thereby producing responsible and productive citizens who contribute back to society.

SIYA Community is a startup nonprofit.  This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in really making a difference in a developing business in the areas of accounting, fundraising, marketing, public relations, technology (website, social networking, database, etc), policy/procedure development, program development for at-risk young adults.  Our committed board will tailor a volunteer opportunity for you if you are interested in volunteering.  Please contact Lori Burke for more information.
