The Center for Autism & Related Disabilities at the University of South Florida is a community-based project that provides information and consultation to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and related disabilities. CARD-USF offers instruction and coaching to families and professionals through a training and assistance model.

Job Description:

CARD-USF periodically gets requests from families looking for FGCU students to provide childcare, respite or tutoring services.

Additional Information:

Families are often willing to train a student to work with their individual child.  This would be a great opportunity for students interested in education, occupational therapy or any medical career to get hands on experience with youth and children who have an autism spectrum disorders.
