The mission of the Children Cancer Foundation is to help children with cancer and their families through those hard times from the diagnosis till the recovery. It provides financial assistance, life-style coaching, and also vitamins and food supplements which are usually unaffordable for the families, however, indispensable for the children who are getting chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatments. The foundation is a non-profit 501(3)(c) organization so it can only live and be active with the help of the community, so they have a very big role in saving children`s lives. According to its non-profit status, donors can deduct the sum of donation from their tax as well.

The main job of volunteers will be raising awareness about the foundation through organizing events and fundraisers. Also helping with the setup and tear down of such events. Networking and making connections and creating sponsorship opportunities in the community will be another way of contributing to the Foundation`s work.
