Details: Our mission is to provide recreational, educational, cultural and social activities for the youth of Lee County in partnership with the Lee County Sheriff's Office and others. We instill in our youth leadership, good sportsmanship, respect, high morals and character through diverse programs and community outreach.

Our vision is to expand existing programs and partnerships while developing new and innovative ones in service to the local youth.

We currently partner with Lee County Parks & Recreation, the Southwest Florida YMCA, Florida Sheriff's Association, Florida Department of Transportation, multiple civic organizations, businesses and the School District of Lee County. Successful programs already provided include: archery; monthly teen dances in Lehigh Acres; basketball; the Teen Driving Challenge; Culinary Arts Program (Mariner Middle School); T.O.O.L.S; Tice swim program.
Job Description: We have multiple opportunities to include planning and participation with youth activities such as archery, basketball, swimming, driving, as well as other community partnerships. There are administrative opportunities by helping with accounting, marketing, social media and public relations for the organization.
