Details: The Lakes Park Community Garden is sponsored by the Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation (LPEF) and works in close partnership with Lee County Parks and Rec and the University of Florida Extension Service. We are a garden community with 72 individual raised beds, actively producing food and flowers throughout the year for ourselves and CCMI, a local food pantry . In line with the LPEF mission statement, our goal as a garden community is to inspire people to appreciate plant communities by creating a unique and accessible destination that provides botanic education and volunteer opportunities.
Job Description: Assorted garden related practical and research projects which can include IT for website updates or database creation
Times of Work: Weekdays daytime, Weekdays evenings, Weekends daytime
