Details: n the Fall of 2011, Bee Gaia’s community center, House of Gaia, opened to provide a supportive learning and social environment for children, teens, families, educators and individuals interested in learning about multimedia art, culture, language, well-being, environmentalism, global connectivity, community building and volunteerism.

The 3,500 square foot facility is home to a wide range of community-based programs that share Bee Gaia’s mission.

In addition to the programs offered at the House of Gaia in Naples, Bee Gaia has formally partnered with several international projects in which Southwest Florida residents can participate in a range of activities.
Job Description: TASK BASED

In our first year we launched successfully with the help of over 5,000 volunteer hours, contributing services from construction to administration to event support. Expanding opportunities in 2013 include:

North Naples Green Belt:
An initiative to develop a green garden, a recycle zone, a community place, art in the streets…in industrial zone of Trade Center, Naples.
Torgorme Village, Ghana Africa:
A rural African village adopted by Gaia as an international community service project, to create and implement a long term development project in the area of social services, health, education and micro business
Roots & Shoots:
We are a chapter of Roots and Shoots in Naples http://www.rootsandshoots.org and can initiate a variety of this NGO’s projects within the community
The Spring Community Quest 2013:
A grass roots community fundraiser for House of Gaia and other nonprofits, involving families and their friends and corporate and nonprofit entities in the Naples area. The goal to create a day of interaction and service, building community and generating support for House of Gaia’s scholarship programs. Significant logistical support required
