Cellular telephones contain rechargeable batteries, displays, and circuit boards. These parts can be hazardous to the environment, and can be recycled. Mail unwanted cellular telephones for recycling to Student Support Services, Attention: Susan Genson. Drop off unwanted cellular telephones in the blue containers located around campus that are labeled: Make a Difference Printer Cartridges & Cell Phone Recycling. Only the phones can be recycled, not the cases and accessories. |
