Wheeli is a carpooling app ONLY for college students that will be available to FGCU students starting in Fall 2016. Wheeli connects students with cars and student passengers looking for rides. Students split driving costs automatically and easily through the app. It's a great way to make new friends and reduce your carbon footprint by filling empty car seats.

Each year Gulf Coast Town Center provides a free shuttle service for the students of Florida Gulf Coast University. The shuttle will operate Thursdays from 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. and Saturdays from 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. on weeks that classes are in session. There will be no shuttle service Thanksgiving break, spring break, or during final exams.
FGCU students can borrow a bike for up to a week at a time for free. Visit Campus Recreation's webpage to learn more!
Students may ride at a discounted fare with a LeeTran student ID. LeeTran student IDs cost $1.00 and are valid until students graduate. Student IDs are available at LeeTran’s Rosa Parks Transportation Center. If you cannot make it to the Rosa Parks Transportation Center in person, please email a 2x2 inch passport style headshot of yourself to Katie Meckley at firstname.lastname@example.org from your EagleMail account so that she can assist you will getting a LeeTran student ID.
LeeTran student ID holders may purchase discounted fare passes at the FGCU Bookstore, Publix, and public libraries.

To promote the use of low emitting and fuel efficient vehicles, preferred parking and discounted faculty/staff parking permits are available for certain vehicles. Students, Faculty, and Staff members may check with Parking Services to determine if their vehicle qualifies for the special LEED Parking Decal. To register a qualified vehicle, please complete the LEED Decal Request Form available at Parking Services. The form, vehicle, and vehicle registration must be brought to Parking Services for verification and issuance of the LEED Parking Decal.
