Safety Tips

The following safety tips are quick safety refreshers that you can put to use at your office or department.

NEW! Active Shooter Awareness click (here) this Department of Homeland Security webpage contains multiple resources and information, especially if you go to the section called Active Shooter: How to Respond Resource Materials section to print out a handy Active Shooter pocket card and posters available both in English and Spanish.

Additionally, this (link) via the FEMA website will take you to their IS-907 Active Shooter: "What You Can Do" course, which is designed for all individuals, including managers and employees.  The course length is one hour.
