Rhonda Holtzclaw, MS, CHMM, RBP, RSO - Director

A founding staff member, Rhonda was hired to set up and manage the science laboratories in 1997 for the first year of classes. She moved to EH&S in May of 2007. Her primary focus continues to be chemical and biological safety, concentrating on hazardous waste, any OSHA issues concerning the University, and serving as the University's Radiation Safety Officer.  Rhonda has a B.S. in Applied Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Environmental Science from FGCU.

Willie Baca, MPA, CRM - Assistant Director, Risk Management

As the Assistant Director of EHS-Risk Management Willie ensures the University's insurance policies are maintained and up to date. He is also responsible for implementing programs to identify and reduce risks at the University. He is one of the FGCU pioneers, having worked at the University since 1995. Willie has a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting and a  Master  of Public Administration in Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Kathleen Crawford - Coordinator

Kathleen joined EH&S in the summer of 2007.  She has worked at FGCU since October 2001 starting as a coordinator in Auxiliary Services.  Kathleen is currently taking courses toward a Master’s degree here at FGCU.

Elizabeth McMasters - EH&S Specialist

Beth (Elizabeth) joined EH&S in the spring of 2012.  She has worked at FGCU as a full-time employee since October 2006, starting as a senior secretary in Counseling & Psychological Services. Beth earned her Bachelor's degree from FGCU in May of 2010.

Bill Krebehenne, Inspector

Bill retired from International Truck and Engine in 1996 as a resource leader in engine assembly.  He returned there in 1998 as a manufacturing consultant, and was assigned to the International Plant in Escobedo, Mexico for a time, then to Chatham, Canada, and finally to the Springfield, Ohio Plant.  The assignment ended in May 2007.  Bill joined the FGCU EH&S team in July 2007.
