Fort Myers, FL 33965 To obtain a replacement Eagle ID card, visit Room #142, Eagle ID Card Office, on the first floor in McTarnaghan Hall (next to the Cashier's office). Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
To report a lost or stolen card, use the form below or call (239) 590-7645 during normal business hours. After normal business hours, contact the FGCU Police Department at 590-1900.
