To obtain a replacement Eagle ID card, visit suite 152, Eagle ID Card Office, on the first floor of the Cohen Center. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
To report a lost or stolen card, FREEZE your card online or call (239) 590-7645 during normal business hours.
