Disclosure Statement
Use of the Florida Gulf Coast University identification card ("Eagle ID") by anyone other than the person to whom it is issued is prohibited. In the event of a violation of any university regulation, or local, state, or federal ordinance or law, a person shall, upon demand, surrender his/her identification card to an appropriate university official, university police officer, or the municipal or civil authorities.
