General Information
The Eagle ID Card is the official Florida Gulf Coast University identification card for students, faculty, and staff of FGCU.
You can add Eagle Dollars to your Eagle ID Card at any of the 3 Cash Management Centers (CMC) on campus as well as at the Cashier's office in McTarnaghan Hall. CMC machines accept CASH only, however, you can add Eagle Dollars using a check or credit card at the Cashier's window.
Eagle Dollars are accepted at ALL Dining Service facilities and at the Bookstore.
Eagle Dollars can be used to pay student account balances at the Cashier's Office.
Request a statement of your transaction history for the last 60 days at any time by calling the Eagle ID Card office at (239) 590-7645 or by emailing smile@fgcu.edu . Email statements will only be sent to University email addresses.
Please report lost or stolen cards immediately by calling (239) 590-7645 between 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday, and (239) 590-1900 after 5:00PM, and on weekends.
