Giving Opportunities

It was a rare event indeed to see the birth of a new university and wonderful opportunities exist now to impact the growth of this institution. One can mold generations to come by establishing a named scholarship fund or giving to the General Scholarship Fund. One can enhance the quality of teaching by establishing a named professorship or chair. One can see and touch results of a gift to a capital fund. One can experience the energy created with a gift to athletics.

1. Your Name (as you wish it to appear in the FGCU Contributor Roll, such as John Donor, Mr. and Mrs. John Donor, Mary and John Donor, John Q. and Mary L. Donor, John Donor and Mary Benefactor, to name a few possibilities.)
2. If your gift is in memory of someone, please provide the name of the deceased and the name and address of any individual you wish notified with a card. (The amount of the gift will not be shared, unless you wish it to be.)
3. If your gift is a tribute to someone, please provide the occasion and the name and address of the person you would like notified. (The amount of the gift will not be shared, unless you wish it to be.)
4. Your address(es)
5. Your telephone number(s)
6. How you wish your gift to be used - its purpose
7. Class (if alumni)
8. If your company matches gifts, please obtain the matching gifts form from the human resources department, complete and mail it with your check or pledge.
