Graduates rejoice at commencementOfficial, hard copy transcripts (in the original, sealed envelope) from every college and/or university that comprises your entire academic record are required, unless you have graduated from FGCU or currently attend FGCU for your bachelor's degree.

You may submit unofficial transcripts to expedite the admissions process, but you will need to submit the official transcripts before you register for classes if you are admitted to the program.

Note: When requesting college transcripts, ask your institution(s) to mail a hard copy to our office, as many institutions will automatically send electronic transcripts, and we are not able to receive them. Make sure to direct your institution to mail transcripts to:

Office of Research & Graduate Studies
Florida Gulf Coast University
10501 FGCU Blvd. South
Fort Myers, FL 33965-6565

International Students: Please see the International Students page for information on submitting transcripts.

Post-baccalaureate Non-Degree Students: An official transcript showing a bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Foreign Transcripts: If a bachelor's degree or higher was earned at a foreign institution, the transcripts must be course-by-course evaluated for equivalency purposes. Evaluation companies that are members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) are all acceptable (World Education Services is recommended).
