Waiver Value
Graduate tuition waivers cover only the graduate matriculation (tuition) fee for in-state or out-of-state students, depending on the residency of the student. Waivers do not cover undergraduate courses or any additional fees.
NON-FLORIDA residents: Please note that colleges have little to no funding for out-of-state waivers. Please consult with your college to determine if they award out-of-state waivers. If you are interested in working as a graduate assistant, let your program coordinator know. There are a limited number of assistantships offered each year university-wide for non-Florida residents. The recipients of these assistantships are granted the equivalent of in-state tuition rates while employed. This accommodation is for specifically approved assistantships only. Not all assistantships qualify. Contact the Office of Graduate Studies for more information.
