Welcome to the Office of Graduate Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University.  Whether you are a current student or are simply exploring opportunities to further your education, I hope you find this web site informative and useful.  FGCU is proud to offer a diverse range of graduate degree programs through its five colleges, as well as pathways for professional certification and continuing education.  Our programs are fully accredited and have been developed with two goals in mind: to provide the highest quality training and resources available in order to ensure individual professional success and personal growth; and to address regional needs by equipping tomorrow’s professionals and leaders with the skills and abilities they will need to drive innovation and solve the consequential problems that face us in Southwest Florida.  Furthermore, because these needs are not unique to this region, our graduates are competitive wherever they go. 

Our graduate faculty are highly trained scholars and professionals in their fields, many with national and international reputations for their work.  Together they have developed rigorous programs that strive for excellence in the classroom and that rely on a tradition of one-on-one student mentorship, with faculty members providing individualized guidance for each of their students.  In addition to working closely with their faculty mentors, our graduate students can take advantage of FGCU’s first-rate resources, including its library and online databases, computer facilities, field stations, and research laboratories.
