Spring 2014 Commencement Ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Alico Arena.
There will be three ceremonies this Spring (9 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.) to accommodate our graduating class.
We encourage all University staff, students and FGCU student clubs and organizations to volunteer at one or more
of these ceremonies.
You can also earn service learning hours for volunteering at the commencement ceremony and the volunteer orientation,
which is generally held the week of the commencement.
This is a wonderful way to help the University family honor your fellow students, and a chance to see your friends
graduate on that special day. Commencement volunteers play an important service and public relations role.
As a volunteer, we seek your assistance in:
Volunteers are needed to assist in managing the various activities before, during, and after the commencement ceremonies.
