Welcome to Florida Gulf Coast University, an innovative institution dedicated to student opportunity and success. As members of the FGCU faculty and staff, we each play an important role in providing the student-centered environment necessary for the success of our students.

This handbook provides important information related to employment at FGCU. Use it as a guide to benefits, procedures and responsibilities, as well as for direction to various university departments and Websites. I encourage you to talk with your supervisor or the Department of Human Resources if you have any questions.

Employment at FGCU is a special opportunity and carries with it important responsibilities, whether your job is providing services to students and faculty or supporting university operations.
