Important Note: A critical component of the new employee sign-on process is the completion of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS, formerly INS) I-9 Form. According to BCIS requirements, all new employees must complete the I-9 Form on or before their first day of work.
Social security card for Payroll W-4 purposes (photocopy is acceptable if you will not be presenting your original security card as one of the I-9 documents).
If you have any questions about these steps, the forms required in this process or if you need to change your appointment time; contact Human Resources at (239) 590-1400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
