Florida Gulf Coast University offers benefits to Faculty, Administrative & Professional (A&P), and University Support Personnel System (USPS) employees. These benefits may include paid annual and sick leave, holidays, state and university sponsored insurance programs, and retirement. OPS and Adjunct Faculty are unable to participate in state or university sponsored benefit programs.
