Facilitator Information

Dr. Amanda Evans, MSW, has over 20 years of experience in health, mental health and management. Her career experience includes management, social work, and research. Amanda was instrumental in creating a trauma center for victims of rape and has many years of experience developing community partnerships. Trained as a psychotherapist, Amanda applies what she knows about human behavior to the workplace. Her real life experiences are combined with research to make seminars energetic, educational and interactive. Amanda received her doctorate from the University of Central Florida and is currently on the faculty at FGCU.

Jacqueline Ferguson has been in the management development and training business over 20 years. With a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling/Psychology she has authored audiotapes on stress management, self-esteem and dealing effectively with guilt. Jackie is also a Corporate and Success Coach and weekly contributor to the News-Press Healthy Living Section, authoring weekly articles on stress reduction and corporate wellness.

Dr. Ava Fluty is a keynote speaker, humorist, seminar leader and consultant with national and international experience. Ava’s dynamic seminars have shown corporations, government agencies, managers, businesses, teachers, private industry and individuals how to find unmistakable status and leadership skills. She provides strategies on topics such as communication, conflict resolution, motivation, and leadership. She holds a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision and received her doctorate in 2002.

Lorna Kibbey of Kibbey Leadership Solutions designs and delivers seminars on topics surrounding leadership, management, motivation, and communication. Her background includes first-hand experience in management, leadership, mentoring, coaching, organizational operations and motivation. Lorna is enthusiastic about helping others to recognize their full potential as professionals in the workplace. She holds a B.A. in Speech and Communications, an M.B.A., and is a Certified Public Manager. She was recognized as “Best Boss of the Year” in a nationwide initiative.

Anne Schroder is a management consultant and trainer with over 20 years of experience in developing organizations. Her firm provides customer service approaches, corporate retreats, performance appraisal systems, team building and customized seminars. As the Guests First trainer for the Lee County hospitality-related industry, Anne writes a bimonthly column for the Lee Island Coaster newsletter on inspiring and innovative customer service tips and techniques. She has a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University and extensive training in organizational problem solving from the University of Buffalo and from Synectics, Inc.
