Florida Gulf Coast University has partnered with Crew Innovations to provide a centralized website for your housing search - FGCU Real Estate with Honors. Listings available include apartment complexes, houses for sale and/or rent, condos, and short-term furnished housing.

Users can inquire about listings and schedule showings through Web-based forms and even have bird's-eye views of each property through internet 3-D mapping tools.

Change of Address

Changing your address is one important task not to be overlooked when moving. A good place to start is with the United States Post Office. The forwarding of your mail only lasts so long; please be sure to notify the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Registration

Visit the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles website to make your trip to the DMV quicker. There is information about address changes and applying for your original Florida Driver's License. Within 10 working days of making Florida your permanent residency (i.e.; registering children in school, beginning employment, filing homestead status). If Florida is not to be your permanent residency, autos don't have to be registered. (Migrant workers are exempt). The person whose name appears on the title must be at the office to register, with proper identification. The vehicle must also be at the office. Required documents include: Original title (copies not acceptable) and proof of insurance (at least $10,000 PIP and bodily injury).
