Honors Program

I've Been Accepted into Honors. Now What?

Congratulations! You are now accepted into the Program. However, you are not officially in Honors until you do some things from your end.

Freshmen & Transfers

Freshmen and transfers who have been accepted to Honors will receive an email from our office. This email will have an Honors Reservation Form attached that you must submit to our office by the deadline (May 1, 2013 for the 2013-2014 academic year). This form will let us know that you are accepting your position in the Honors Program. You are not considered an honors student until we have that form in hand.

Shortly after we have received the Honors Reservation Form, we will begin contacting you about early registration. Note, you will not be able to register early until all of your registration holds are removed. For example, you must be registered for an Eagle View Orientation and have all of your vaccinations on record with FGCU.

If you intend on living in one of our residential communities, it is vital that you submit your housing application and deposit as soon as possible. These are popular and fill up very quickly.

FGCU Students

We will have a special orientation process and celebration that you will be invited to upon admission to the Program

If you have any questions about the process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
