Priority in room assignment is based on the date in which we receive your application and non-refundable application fee.

• North Lake Village & South Village: Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 Housing Agreement/Contract and Fall 2013 / Spring 2014 Housing Agreement
• West Lake Village: Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 Housing Agreement and Fall 2013 / Spring 2014 Housing Agreement
• Summer 2013 Housing Agreement
• Returning Student Housing Agreement - Current residents will be notified via their Eagle email in early spring regarding returning student sign-up process.
• RA Roommate Agreement - Students assigned to a Resident Assistant (RA) apartment are subject to additional standards and expectations. Please cilick on the link above to learn more about what it means to live with an RA.
