Technical Assistance |

The Institute of Government provides technical assistance to all organizations including buisnesses, state and local governments and non-profits. University-wide resources expand the scope of services, projects and consultants available to help assess and meet the specific needs of the public sector.
These are some of the many ways the IOG can assist you:
- Consulting services on organizational development needs, restructuring processes, board enhancement, and program evaluation
- Public opinion polls, focus groups, needs assessments, data management, and grant writing partnerships to provide operational and program development data
- Individual coaching for enhanced professional performance
