Early / Mid-Career Academy

Spring 2016

Since the inception of the New Faculty Academy, we have had requests to develop similar experiences for faculty members who have been at FGCU for some time.  The Lucas Center for Faculty Development has developed a new Academy to support faculty at early/mid career (Instructor I, Assistant Professor/Assistant Librarian). We want to consider topics of interest, develop collegiality among educators and support renewal for faculty members through a community of learners. The proposed Academies will still focus heavily on pedagogy but will include additional topics of interest to faculty along the continuum of professional development and personal goals.

Applications currently closed for Spring 2016.
