Early / Mid-Career Academy

Spring 2017

Since the inception of the New Faculty Academy, we have had requests to develop similar experiences for faculty members who have been at FGCU for some time.  The Lucas Center for Faculty Development has developed an annual academy to support faculty at early career (Instructor I, Assistant Professor/Assistant Librarian). The topics we cover and the tools we will provide will prepare, lead, guide, and challenge you to identify your purpose, define your goals for the next 3-5 years, to support the attainment of your goals and make a plan for one targeted project.
