COMPLIANCE
At FGCU, compliance is fostering non-discrimination and non-harassment in the workplace and the educational environment by adhering to all federal and state laws, local ordinances, and related guidelines pertaining to university services, programs, activities, policies, procedures and practices.
Expected Outcomes:
- A highly participatory and multi-dimensional, diverse workforce; and
- Accessible means to redress matters pertaining to discrimination complaints.
