Policies and Procedures

POLICIES:

To promote effective governance practices, Florida Gulf Coast University formally approves and promulgates University policies. Policies are approved by the President in accordance with Policy Number 1.001, Approval and Issuance of University Policies. Policies are approved by the FGCU Board of Trustees in accordance with its bylaws.

REGULATIONS:

In accordance with the Florida Board of Governors (BOG) Regulation Development Procedure for State University Boards of Trustees, as adopted July 21, 2005, Florida Gulf Coast University promulgates regulations to guide administration of the University when acting under authority derived form the BOG.
