SMARTS matches the research profile you create in GENIUS to funding opportunities with direct and targeted electronic links to comprehensive, current U.S. Federal and non-Federal and International research funding information. A research profile is required for submitting proposals through ORSP. Simply go to the above link, select the tab named GENIUS, click on "Create a New Profile"--then Florida Gulf Coast University (the second entry please)--select your college or department--create your user name and password and SUBMIT. ORSP will contact you soon to assist with your keyword selections.
